Where are you based and how far will you travel?

Hitch is based out of Wichita, KS and will pull up to your event
within 50 miles at no additional charge. We welcome all
events in Kansas. Contact us for a travel quote if your event is
outside of our area.

Can you service a non-alcoholic event?

Absolutely. We are happy to provide service for any type of
event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from
sodas, iced-teas, coffee, specialty mocktails, and more!

Can you provide a full bar?

No, we do not offer a full bar option. Hitch is designed to
provide a completely custom experience by creating a tailor-
made menu for your event. Our packages typically include the
service of 2-3 beers, up to five wines, and 2 to 3 cocktails, on
tap options are also available.

How big is the trailer? Can it go indoors?

The Hitch trailer measures 18’ L (including the hitch) x 8’ W x 8’ T. We love to take the trailer indoors — we just have to make sure there is enough clearance! To avoid any “tight fits” or “close calls”, all events require a pre-booking survey of the desired area to ensure we can pull up to your event with no problems. We appreciate access to a standard outlet but we are prepared with a generator, at no extra cost, if that is not available for our event.

How much does it cost to hire Hitch?

All Hitch Events are quoted individually based on the number of
guests, location, service duration, and other factors.
*We do not charge “per guest”, but number of guests effect
the number of bartenders needed.

What types of events does Hitch service?

Hitch is for all the party people! We service all types of events,
from weddings to corporate happy hour, pop-ups, brand
activations and fundraising events. The Hitch trailer makes a
great addition to your brunch, baby shower, graduation party,
backyard bbq, or any other event we can pull up to!

What happens if there is bad weather?

If you wish to cancel due to bad weather, you will forfeit your
security deposit. In the event of bad weather and you still wish
you use Hitch bartenders we will happily set up inside a simplified bar station without the Hitch trailer. No refunds or discounts will be given if theHitch trailer is unable to be at your event due to weather.

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a $500 non-refundable deposit and signed contract to lock
in your date. The remainder of the balance will be due 30 days prior to
event date.
